Apply for a Nursery Place for 3 & 4 Year Olds

Child and Parent / Carer Details

We collect the following details from you to administer the application process and any subsequent placement in the Nursery and to verify 30 Hour Funding or apply for Early Years Pupil Premium Funding. We collect and store this information in line with our Privacy Notice.
Preferred Start Date (Children can start in the Sunshine Room from the term following their 3rd birthday. Please note that all placements are subject to availability and that places may be more limited in the later terms of the academic year.)

All children are entitled to 15 hours of funded Nursery Education from the term following their 3rd birthday, ie; September, January and April. Some families may be entitled to 30 hours of funded Nursery Education and Care. Please see previous page for links to 30 Hour Funding criteria.

15 Hour Placement

I would like my child to have a 15 hour placement in the following sessions

30 Hour Placement

I do not yet have a 30 Hour Code but believe I will be entitled to the funding. I understand that I can only access the funding if I have recieved the code the term before my child starts ie; 31 August to start in September, 31 December to start in January and 31 March to start in April. I understand that it is my responsibility to manage the code and that if I do not reconfirm the code as required I will no longer be able to receive the funding.
I would like my child to attend for the following 30 Hour pattern

We are required to check your child's date of birth through sight of their birth certificate. You can upload a copy of their birth certificate here or bring a copy into school when we confirm their place.
